4. Purpose of the processing of personal data
Personal data will be collected from volunteers, VIP- and billing customers, vendors, employees, people staying at the camping, media, competitors and artists for accommodation. Personal data is saved in Ext Ventures Oy tapahtumarekisteri for necessary measures.
We keep the personal data as long as necessary. Data is saved in the network server and information management systems like billing programs, where they are saved no longer than 3 years.
5. Information content of the data file
The data file contains the following information:
a) volunteers/competitors/employees/registered for competitions
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- Work experience
- Accommodation needs
b) contact information for vendors (billing address, email address, phone number, and contact person).
c) media (represented media, contact person, phone number, email address).
d) people who are staying at the camping (name, and email address)
e) VIP -and billing customers (company name, contact person, email, phone number).
6. Regular sources of information
Information provided by individuals verbally or in writing through online forms. The necessary information can also be obtained from the partners in order to carry out the necessary tasks, for example, for arranging accommodation and sending information letters.
7. Disclosure of information
Registry information can be shared within Ext Ventures Oy and with its partners, for example the accommodation providers. Security information is provided to the authorities.
Data is not transferred outside the EU or the EEA.
8. Data protection policy
The Registrar’s information system and the files are protected by the normal technical security measures in place. Only company employees who have the right to process and maintain the registry information can access the registry information. Users are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
9. The right to review and modify the registry data and request the deletion of data
The person in the register has the right to check what information about him/her is in the register. Anyone who wishes to have access to the data on himself/herself shall request to this effect to the controller by email to info@ext.fi. The person in the registry has the right to make changes to the information that has been incorrectly entered in the register.
The data may be deleted from the register at the person’s own written request. Written requests are sent to info@ext.fi
